A good Document Management system utilises search features to search for documents efficiently.
You can search for documents by using:
Search terms typed into the search box - this searches the client name, file name, description
- Clients - using the advanced filter icon - filter on all documents for one Client
- Date created - using the advanced filter icon - filter by date range e.g. today, last week or by a specified date range
- Statuses - using the advanced filter icon - filter by the status allocated to documents
- A specific filter - click on the filter in the left panel
Created Date Range
