A good Document Management system utilises search features to search for documents efficiently.


You can search for documents by using:

Search terms typed into the search box - this searches the client name, file name, description

  • Clients - using the advanced filter icon - filter on all documents for one Client
  • Date created - using the advanced filter icon - filter by date range e.g. today, last week or by a specified date range
  • Statuses - using the advanced filter icon - filter by the status allocated to documents
  • A specific filter - click on the filter in the left panel
